Order Details

When do I receive my order?

Confirmation email will be sent once an order has been placed.  Please check your email or log in to your Client Account to view order and tracking information.

How long does it take for Deyavoo to send out an order?

Please allow 3-5 days before an order is shipped.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. Log in to your Client Account to view orders  and download the invoice.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

During busy seasons, shipping time may be affected.  All of our items are ready to ship within 3-5 business days.

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping for all US domestic orders. Packages will be shipped USPS.

Do you ship outside of US?

No International shipping is available or shipment to PO BOX address. Earrings can be purchased from the shop page and delivered to your home.

 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in saleable condition, not worn, with the original documents, tags & box. Items that appear altered, damaged, or marked up do not qualify for return. Client covers return shipping  fees.

It can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after the item has been delivered back to Deyavoo. Once return is complete, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.

Will I receive a return shipping label?

Shipping cost are non-refundable and no return label will be produced in lieu of a restocking fee.

Product Care

How do I care for my jewelry?

Your accessory will last a long time with proper care. We recommend storing in a clean, dry space to keep your jewelry in the best condition when not in use. Store flat or hang in a cool dry place to avoid wrinkles in the leather. Leather is a natural material, some shape is to be expected. Store away from sharp objects to avoid scratching the surface. This will help with the preservation of each handcrafted accessory. Due to item availability and handcrafted uniqueness, some items are limited quantities.

Can I wet my jewelry?

Remove jewelry before swimming and exercising. Avoid contact with chlorine, using chemicals, perfumes, lotions,  jewelry cleaners or hair products near the earrings. In the case that it becomes dirty, wipe with a clean and soft cloth.
